Leo is the founder of Bright Accounting and Taxation Services. He is dedicated to helping clients achieve business success by helping them establish practical and sound tax and financial processes. Focused on services for small to medium sized businesses he is committed to delivering tax and financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives.
Leo has started his career in one of the big 4 accounting firms, KPMG and worked for international companies after that, where he gained extensive accounting experience through senior accountant roles during his career. He has more than 20 years accounting experience in auditing, management accounting and public accounting. Leo has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and non-profit income tax returns and audits, compilations, and payroll tax reports for small to medium-sized businesses. In addition, Leo has expertise in consulting and supporting computerized accounting systems.
Leo is a registered Tax Agent. He is a member of The Tax Institute as a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA).
He is also a member of The Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA) and a member of National Tax and Accountants’ Association (NTAA). He is holding Master of Commerce (Accounting) degree from UNSW.

Ishil is co-founder of Bright Accounting and Taxation Services that she assists businesses by providing analysis and accounting needs. She has more than 20 years of progressive experience in providing accounting and business analysis in public and private companies. Her experience includes management reporting, public accounting, internal auditing, business and commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and examinations of the financial records of a wide range of businesses including, construction, insurance, manufacturers, health, hospitality and other service industries.
She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and an Advanced Diploma of Accounting and she is a member of The Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA)

Gail is a chartered accountant who is committed to delivering exceptional, high quality accounting and taxation services to clients.
After graduating Cum Laude, she began her career at Deloitte (one of the big 4 accounting firms) where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant, and performed audit and advisory services to blue chip enterprises.
Subsequent to this, Gail worked in senior roles gaining valuable experience in all areas of Financial Management including financial reporting, taxation, cash flow management, audit and compliance, internal controls, strategic planning and risk management.
Gail joined Bright Accounting and Taxation in 2019.
She has a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Cum Laude) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting, and she is a member of SAICA (South African Institute of Chartered accountants).
